Terms of Service / Regulamin

Ten regulamin dotyczy korzystania z panelu PanKobus (KOBUS Content) i integracji TikTok. Nie jest regulaminem zakupów w sklepie. Poniżej znajduje się wersja angielska dla użytkowników i osób sprawdzających integrację.

1. Service

PanKobus (KOBUS Content) is a web application for preparing, reviewing, scheduling and publishing content to social accounts authorized by the user. 2. Accounts and access

Access is granted through application accounts and assigned roles/profiles. Users must use their authorized account and keep its login details confidential. Access to an application profile does not by itself authorize use of somebody else's social media account. The separate review workspace contains test content and is provided for checking the integration.

3. Content and TikTok authorization

Only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You retain your rights in submitted content and grant the service permission to process, store and transmit it as needed for the functions you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your videos, images, music, captions and other material may lawfully be used and comply with the relevant platform rules, including disclosure requirements for commercial or AI-generated content.

TikTok Login Kit connects your TikTok account. Direct Post uses the video.publish permission to send a video after you select TikTok, review the caption and available settings and choose to publish. Privacy choices and interaction options depend on the values returned by TikTok. TikTok may limit publishing to private visibility before its review/audit is complete. Production approval and publication success are not guaranteed by the application.

4. Publication and availability

Review the selected account, material, caption, visibility, interaction and disclosure settings before publishing or scheduling a post. Scheduled content may be submitted when its scheduled time arrives. TikTok may process, reject or restrict a submission; the panel shows the status returned by the API. A successful file transfer is not a guarantee that content is publicly available. Platform outages, API limits, authorization expiry and the selected privacy setting may affect publication.

5. Prohibited use and access suspension

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized account access, circumvention of platform limits, spam or interference with other accounts. Access may be restricted where necessary to investigate misuse, protect account data or maintain service security. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Disconnecting and ending access

You can disconnect TikTok in the profile editor or revoke access in TikTok's connected-app settings. Local disconnection removes the stored TikTok identifiers and tokens. It does not delete content already posted on TikTok. Contact the operator to request removal of your application account or stored content. Personal data handling and request rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Questions and changes

Report service problems, account requests or questions to sklep@pankobus.pl. The current terms are accessible from the login page. Material changes to the service terms will be communicated to affected account holders.
